After a landmark court case, when a California Targeted Individual victim of a secret cell tower RF (radio frequency) based directed energy weapon, won her case in Joshua Tree Superior Court against her perpetrator (Watterson vs Aro), has been inundated with other targets pleading for help. The win has stirred the strong emotions and hope of hundreds of innocent targeted individuals, all claiming they are being attacked by secret microwave weapons used for mind control and to torture them.
July 9, 2014 was the first time (that we know of) that electronic harassment was successfully argued and proven in a court of law.
Levi McCann, the expert witness, and Kathleen Watterson just “happened” to meet recently at their nearby Walmart in southern California, the rest is history. As Levi turned out to be amazingly-qualified with legal expertise and electronics; everything needed to win a case like Kathleen’s in court.
Levi was able to show that standard satellite dishes within a 5-mile radius of Kathleen’s home were all pointed toward the equator where most satellites orbit the earth – except the defendant’s satellite dishes which were pointed at Kathleen’s house! He also revealed that the other neighborhood satellite dishes were geared toward receiving signals for TV, the Internet, etc. – except the defendant’s satellite dishes which, according to meter readings from an RF spectrum analyzer and a tri-field meter, were shown to be transmitting microwave signals at her house.
All the evidence presented, plus expert knowledge and responses from Levi blew away all meager protestations from the defense, so the judge believed his testimony. Folks, this case was expertly crafted and victory was assured and won! There remains one more court appearance in September.
So in summary, Kathleen received a conditional restraining order for electromagnetic frequency harassment with penalties of up to 2 years in prison and up to $5000 in fines for violation of the court order.

Traci, I believe that this SORT of general stuff (i.e. e-harassment) is happening in America, and not only in America. I _did_ believe, SLIGHTLY, at the time when I posted the comment of 6th August to which you are replying, that this PARTICULAR thing, a successful law suit brought by a targeted individual called Kathleen Watterson, HAD also happened, because FFCHS and others were promulgating what now turns out almost certainly to be misinformation to that effect.
My “cares and concerns in this case” are that I think that it would nice if targeted people were able to identify perps and to sue them successfully, so every claim that this has happened, even false claims, are of interest to me.
I met Derrick Robinson in 2004. In 2004, when Bob S was still part of FFCHS, working with Derrick, I was in correspondence with Bob S. When people as diverse (and mutually suspicious of one another) as me, Bob S and the owner of this blog, AGREE on at least one thing, that Derrick Robinson (at best) was duped by Kathleen Watterson, and this boasted-of court victory is a fabrication, you ought to listen up.

I was there in the final part of her case on January 30 ,2017 in Joshua Tree Court.
In fact the Judge told her she had no case and no proof to present.
The Judge threw her case out.

This court case has not been won – it is not even over yet. The Plaintiff, Ms. Watterson, has not even finished testifying and being cross-examined by the Defense Attorney. The Defense has not had the opportunity to present the Defense’s case, and the Defendant hasn’t even testified yet.
There is no temporary OR permanent restraining order in place. The TRO was lifted in February 2014.

If you had done your research, you would know that the case has been continued to September 4th. Plaintiff will most likely be recalled to the stand to allow the Defense to finish their cross-examination of her testimony.

I have to say, I was puzzled when I received a mailing from FFCHS to the effect that the case was over and that the plaintiff had won. After posting my comment above, I read the transcript online of the first hearing that was attended by targeted people who were not called as witnesses. I got the impression too that there was to be a further hearing in September.

You are absolutely right, Judith. McCann is lying about winning the case. FFCHS is knowingly spreading lies as usual. McCann’s evidence is invalid. There is a good chance that he will lose today. I am posting this on Sep 4, the date for continuation of the trial without having heard what has happened. Read Anthony Ferwood’s excellent analysis at the link above to know why McCann should lose.

“Kathleen Watterson is a TI in Joshua Tree, CA who attempted to get a permanent restraining order against a former neighbor who still lives in her area and is assaulting her with microwave weapons. After many court dates Kathleen was able to get a temporary restraining order. On 9/04/14 the former neighbor petitioned against a permanent restraining order and won. In a previous court date the judge referred to a restraining order against microwave assault “like controlling fog”. But thanks to the judge’s advice, Kathleen is working on a bigger and better case against the defendant.”
So it would appear the whole story is she SUCCEEDED in getting a temporary restraining order (which is the victory mentioned I believe). Her neighbor later won his petition against a permanent restraining order. Her and McCann convinced the judge to the point he is without doubt that the neighbor is responsible for her harassment but they didn’t prove criminal intent.

The case ended on January 30,2017 in court in Joshua Tree ,Ca.
Her case was dismissed by the Judge who said in open court that she had no case and most likely needed psychiatric care.
Also the case was heard in small claims court in which neither the plaintiff or the defendant are not allowed in small claims court.

I was a whistleblower against the City of Elizabethtown, Ky. Fraudulent raises, pension spiking and retirement fraud. Ever since contacting the FBI I have had cellphone, tablet and computer problems. I am open minded to anything considering all the things we have been put through. I know there are thousands and thousands of people out there that are being electronically harassed. I’m finding it hard to go at this alone, and need someone to talk to that is going through the same thing. I have been electronically harassed now for almost 3 years and it seems to be getting worse. How are y’all dealing with This? I am having a very hard time. I have lost my job, and it’s getting rougher. Im afraid I’ll be losing everything soon. I don’t mean to sound so depressing, I’m hoping my life will get better. I don’t even know why I was targeted. I’m not an activist against the government, nor am I a whistleblower. Jock, I got news right at the start, of this completely bogus news story, the focus of the present web page, about a court case that I learned (the same as you) was bogus. Look at my earlier postings.
However, notwithstanding that you might know the poor chap Ms Watterson sued for electronic harassment, or God knows what else, you really don’t have enough information about the individual Kristine Swanson whom you are antagonising, or about electronic harassment, to be confident that your (frankly, rude) accusation that she is “nuts” is justified, by what you know, based on the evidence you have.
Give the poor woman the benefit of the doubt, please. Leave it to others, like myself, legally educated, and knowledgeable (coincidentally) both about psychiatry and electronic harassment, to abandon hope that this Watterson plaintiff won, or proved, anything of relevance to her problems, whatever they are.
Cruel hoaxes hurt innocent people. Please don’t make that worse, by being cruel yourself, to a victim of the hoax, intoxicated with false hope, advertising to her an industry you trust – psychiatry – which, for all you know, could catapult Ms Swanson out of the frying pan and into the fire.

I am very involved in electronics and I am an Amateur Radio Operator holding the highest class license available , EXTRA CLASS.
I also have a pacemaker and am around high frequencies all the time.
So I maintain that this subject of ELECTRONIC HARRASMENT is a figment of these peoples imiganation.
Labratorys all over the world have studied this and have not found ANY evidence that it exists.
